Victoria Tanchak has been the Chief Executive Officer and owner of TanCheck since November 1991. Her goal is to build a premier firm offering diversified IT staffing solutions to Fortune 500 Firms. Victoria is responsible for forward growth of this organization utilizing new programs geared toward diversity in the delivery of consultants and permanent placement employees. Most recently she implemented an Employee Retention Program. This well received program is designed to provide clients with cost control and reduction of hiring costs while continuing to retain talented and diversified employees. Victoria is committed to providing direction and development to TanCheck through innovative planning and ongoing strategic hiring and partnering programs structured through diversity.

Dennis began placing applicants with Fortune 100 clients in 1980. As president of TanCheck, Inc.
